The Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) is the largest intergovernmental institution of developing countries in the world, with its 79 member states spread over three continents.

Vision

‘’To become a centre of Excellence and a one-stop shop for information on South-South and Triangular Cooperation within OACPS countries’’.

Mission

‘’To promote, facilitate and coordinate the exchange of experience, expertise and technology transfer between the countries of the OACPS and those of the global south in general’’.

Objectives

Promote the sharing of learnings from successes, exchange appropriate experiences, technical knowledge and expertise, and create a learning tool through the collection of qualitative information and ensure an adaptive replication.

Create common ground in terms of information sharing, allowing all actors to have access to pertinent and systematized information.

Establish partnerships between the Center and other intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations, particularly from the South, and with academic and research institutions; as well as with interested and experienced international and national entities.

To contribute to the Visibility of OACPS by improving its image among the key audience in CSST, giving all ACP countries and interested groups and individuals access to the centre’s publications.
